Now more than ever, information is easily, readily and freely available. And this presents a new and unconventional problem. A plethora and confluence of new technologies and the ambush by a global pandemic have raised the stakes and made evident and obvious, the single most important skill that organisations and individuals alike must possess, to effectively take change in their stride.
This talk will explore this one skill that soars above all others in its paramountcy when traversing the current conditions of unprecedented change; it cuts across geographies, industries, organisations, governments and individuals in its necessity and pre-eminence.
We will engage the what, the where, the when and a little bit of the how and why as pertains to this all-important skill.
