About Angie Doyle
Angie is an Agile Coach, Trainer and Consultant at IQ Business in South Africa. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and has been a practising business analyst for the past 14 years.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Angie worked in the business process outsourcing industry where she pursued ways to make businesses more effective, more efficient and more capable of adapting to an ever-changing environment. So when she was introduced to Agile a few years later, it was a perfect fit!
She now devotes her time to anything related to Agile transformation with a particular focus on large scale transformation and the role of the Agile Product Owner.
About Biase De Gregorio
Biase is a Partner at IQ Business and is the head of the agility@IQ offering at IQ Business. Since 2012, Biase has built an amazing team of Agile consultants (largest in South Africa) that share a common purpose of continuous learning and improvement. Together with the team, Biase has trained close to 5000 people on Agile and been involved in some of the largest Agile transformations in financial services industry.
Biase has had the privilege of talking at Local and international conferences on Agile topics with a key focus on the role of leadership and management in the New way of working.
