“Bringing Agile principles and practices to Agile Business Analysis and Product Ownership

Together, we share ways Agile principles and practices enable us to increase our capacity to deliver products that please our customers, satisfy our business sponsors, build collaborative development communities, and change the world through great products that matter.

You set the agenda, exchange as peers, build our network, and engage in deep peer-to-peer learning.

Angie Doyle, an Agile Coach, Trainer and Consultant from IQ Business will be the Agile Open Space Facilitator.

Ellen Gottesdiener (one of the producers of the Agile Product Open (APO) in Boston in 2016 ), will be joining us for the first event of its kind on the African continent!

Why should I attend?

  • Find new ways to integrate Agile principles and practices into your business analysis role
  • Improve how you work cross-functionally
  • Explore better ways to conduct product discovery
  • Reduce the waste of elongated, overly complex product management processes and bloated product features
  • Focus on what matters to build great products with a focus on customers and users

Some Topic Ideas:

Since you--the participants--define the agenda, any topic related to our theme of Bringing Agile Principles to Product Management is possible!  Submit them to us in advance or bring them along on the day.

Here are some possibilities:

  • From Business Analyst to Product Owner
  • Agile product roadmaps
  • Product decision making
  • Building effective acceptance criteria
  • Non-functional requirements in agile
  • How to slice User Stories
  • Delivering low and high fidelity prototypes

and more...
